Garden and Art Tour
Set against the backdrop of beautiful beaches and marshes, the communities of Biddeford Pool, Hills Beach, Fortune's Rocks and Granite Point will open some of our premier gardens to visitors for a self-guided tour. Local artists will be joining several of our gardeners to showcase their work. Master Gardeners will also be on hand to talk with attendees at some locations. Maps will be provided prior to the event. Proceeds to benefit the Biddeford Pool Community Centyer which fosters eductional and charitable assistance for local area persons in need. |
For this event I have chosen to create a series of sea creatures from my collection of driftwood, flotsam and jetsam. These creatures will be for sale. Additionally I plan to have a selection of my botanical monoprints for sale if the weather permits.
