Holly Star Movie

A film shot on location right here in Biddeford and Saco Maine, and I got the awesome opportunity to be an extra in the film! Holly Star is about a cash-strapped puppeteer returns home for the holidays and gets caught up in a treasure hunt with her paintball-obsessed best friend, her tango-dancing grandmother, and a childhood sweetheart. See the trailer here. It is a realy fun film, and if you are from the area, so totally cool to see familiar places on the big screen! 

The scene I was part of was shot at the former Saco Drive-In.  I was singing with a group of Christmas Carolers.  Here are a few shots from that day.

Here's a little footage from my experience at the Saco Drive-in.  My role was to be with a group of carolers walking up and down the lanes of cars singing Christmas carols  during intermission at the drive-in movies.  Apparently back in the day that was a thing. Who knew?
