Witch Hunt
This series came about after reading about an archaeological dig in which an 800 year old skeleton of a 25-30 year old woman and suspected 'witch' was found with 7 spikes nailing her jaw closed.
I think think about the term "Witch Hunt" being tossed around in present times and my mind forever goes back to this gruesome find, and the persecution women have faced under false pretenses over the millennia. I resent this term being used for political purposes, especially by those of the male persuasion.
